Anna Cabrè-Verdiell Bosch
Anna grew up in Barcelona, where her professional dance training began at the 'Institut del Teatre'. Alongside dance, her interest in communication expanded into academia obtaining a degree in journalism at the ’Ramón Llull University’. Following her passion for performance, she moved to England to graduate from 'The Northern School of Contemporary Dance’ with a First Class honours degree.
An enthusiast of interdisciplinary work, Anna has co-created two collaborative dance theatre pieces, Romeo&Julien and Las 3 Marias. Other recent professional endeavours include performing in a restaging of Joan Jonas´s early works at the Tate Modern and the creation and touring of Frankenstein, the latest piece by Cascade Dance Theatre. Additionally, Anna works as a freelance writer producing work for online dance sources such as Au-di-tions.com and ProDance Leeds amongst others.
