Being and Becoming: Self and Other
One-day somatic movement retreat with Jennifer-Lynn Crawford & Fabiano Culora
Your Experience
This retreat-style day will focus on practices that foster a deeper listening to our internal support through somatic mapping. This will include reducing external stimuli to enable possibilities to connect with our immediate environment in ways that feel sustainable and meaningful. Jennifer-Lynn and Fabiano will offer experiences that speak to the need for deep systemic rest and restoring our curiosity through movement, to explore embodiment with fresh feeling. This may involve moving outdoors, and a blend of structured reflection, journeys in perception and movement, and creative prompts.
