Somatic Movement Education & Therapy

We believe that your body holds a silent, deep knowledge. Through our signature Somatic Resourcing methodology, we guide you to tune into signals of "okay-ness" and discover physical coherence, even amidst periods of stress, fatigue, or malaise.

We offer a non-judgmental, inclusive space designed to help you listen to your body’s internal signals (interoception), step out of repetitive daily stress patterns, and access your natural state of equilibrium and vitality so you can return ‘home’ to your ‘soma’ - the living body experienced and felt from within. Rather than imposing rigid, top-down exercises, our somatic approach works systemically to support deep self-exploration and connection to others and the environment.

Key Areas of Exploration:

  • Experiential Anatomy Study - Learning what the body is and can do.

  • Developmental and Evolutionary Movement Maps - fulfilling your embodied potential.

  • Systemic Regulation: Notice and honour your body's subtle rhythms, processing unresolved physical stress and orient to resource.

Ways to Practice Wellbeing with Mobius

Whether you are looking for long-term self-care habits or a profound seasonal reset, our somatic wellbeing framework is split into two accessible formats:

Somatic Movement Education (SME) – Group Learning

Perfect for curious participants, movement lovers, and anyone seeking a deeper relationship with their body. Through our seasonal Online Classes (Zoom) and in person creative workshops, we use gentle guidance and imagination to help you rediscover greater ease, freedom, and physical autonomy in your everyday life.

No prior anatomical study or dance background is ever required.

Somatic Wellbeing & Therapy – Immersive Retreats

Designed for deep restoration, systemic regulation, and emotional grounding. Through intimate weekend retreats in the UK and dedicated eco-somatic residencies at our Mobius Atelier in the peaceful landscape of Novi Velia (Cilento, Italy), we combine somatic dialogue, touch, movement, and creative journaling. These spaces invite you to disconnect from digital noise, release chronic tension, and embrace physical renewal.

Individual Somatic Movement Education and Therapy Sessions

A deeply personalised space designed to help you reconnect with your body from within. These sessions work directly with your whole system. Together, we investigate the root causes of chronic tension, stress, or movement restrictions, moving at a pace that respects your unique physiology.

Every session is collaborative and tailored to your specific needs, using a combination of:

  • Conscious Tracking: Learning to listen to your body’s internal signals (interoception) to identify areas of holding or ease.

  • Gentle Resourcing: Discovering physical pathways of safety and comfort to help down-regulate stress and anxiety.

  • Repatterning & Touch: Using subtle movement, experiential anatomy, and supportive, non-invasive touch to release chronic pain and expand your range of motion.

  • Integration: Simple, practical somatic tools you can easily take home to support your daily life.

Individual sessions are highly beneficial if you are looking to:

  • Relieve chronic musculoskeletal pain, tightness, or fatigue.

  • Process and release stress, burnout, or trauma held in the tissues.

  • Restore structural balance, coordination, and fluid mobility.

  • Navigate life transitions with greater emotional regulation and grounding.
