Biodynamic Craniosacral Sessions

Biodynamic Craniosacral sessions support you to reconnect to your essence nature and the natural wellbeing of your bodymind system. The practice involves gentle non invasive light touch to meet both the structural and the energetic function of the body. Over time you will experience a shift towards a flowing, restful, energised state of embodiment.

You will remain fully clothes throughout the session, and all touch practices will be respectful and negotiated.

You will be treated in Mobius Atelier’s treatment room. You will be able to release and restore energy on a comfortable treatment table with cushions and blankets available.
