Coaching | Re-think Your BodyMind
What is Coaching?
Coaching is a partnership where a trained coach helps individuals unlock their potential, gain clarity, and achieve specific personal or professional goals through a thought-provoking, future-focused process of self-discovery, rather than by giving direct advice. It involves powerful questioning, active listening, and providing a supportive, confidential space for the Coachee to find their own solutions, improve performance, develop skills, and make more effective decisions.
What is Gianluca’s approach: Coaching | Re-think Your BodyMind
Many efforts to create positive change fall short because people often only recognise what needs to change but don’t take the next step to develop new routines. Lasting improvement in mindset or behavior happens when we actively establish new patterns in our brains. This is achieved by practicing these new habits consistently every day, which helps the brain form new connections—called neural pathways—that support the change over time. Essentially, meaningful and lasting change isn’t just about understanding what to do; it’s about repeatedly doing it until it becomes a natural part of daily life.
Gianluca’s also integrates the body's wisdom (sensations, movement, posture) with traditional coaching to unlock deeper awareness, emotional regulation, and lasting change, viewing the mind-body as a unified system for growth, performance, and authenticity, often using somatic practices like mindful movement, breathwork, and body-centered awareness. It goes beyond cognitive understanding to access embodied knowledge, helping clients find integrated solutions and new perspectives through felt experience.
Your thoughts limiting your potential, but I tell you something: Your can be in control of your thoughts.
Confidence doesn’t always arrive with a bold entrance. Sometimes, it builds quietly, step by step, as we show up for ourselves day after day. It grows when we choose to try, even when we’re unsure of the outcome. Every time you take action despite self-doubt, you reinforce the belief that you’re capable. Confidence isn’t about having all the answers — it’s about trusting that you can figure it out along the way.
The key to making things happen isn’t waiting for the perfect moment; it’s starting with what you have, where you are. Big goals can feel overwhelming when viewed all at once, but momentum builds through small, consistent action. Whether you’re working toward a personal milestone or a professional dream, progress comes from showing up — not perfectly, but persistently. Action creates clarity, and over time, those steps forward add up to something real.
You don’t need to be fearless to reach your goals, you just need to be willing. Willing to try, willing to learn, and willing to believe that you’re capable of more than you know. The road may not always be smooth, but growth rarely is. What matters most is that you keep going, keep learning, and keep believing in the version of yourself you’re becoming.
